I am a Computer Science Grad Student at University of Maryland Baltimore County. I am passionate about learning and applying new technologies and skills to create innovative solutions. I have completed multiple certifications from AWS and Infosys Springboard in cloud computing and machine learning, demonstrating my proficiency and interest in these domains. I have also gained hands-on experience as a full stack developer intern at SDOTJ Hospitality, a start-up that provides online booking and management services for hotels and resorts. There, I worked with React.js, SQL, HTML, and CSS to develop and improve the front-end and back-end features of the web application, such as user authentication, search functionality, and payment integration. Additionally, I worked as a python developer intern at CodeClause, Additionaly I used different machine learning techniques to recognize human activities from video data and published a paper on this topic in an international journal. Through these internships, I have developed my web and cloud development skills, as well as my teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Video Summarizer

A Seq2Seq model that generates a short summary of the given input video.

Accomplishments
  • Incorporated CNN to detect and classify objects in the video frames and Long Short Term Memory for generating a summary.
  • Evaluated the model on MSVD (Microsoft Video Description Corpus) dataset; achieved 0.77, 0.71, 0.52 scores respectively on ROGUE, BLEU, METEOR evaluation metrics.

Image Generator

An image generator based on the concept of adversarial networks (GANs)

Accomplishments
  • Developed system was tested on a human-face database and loss was calculated by comparing the PCAs of generated and original image.
  • Calculated difference in PCA was less than 10%, depicting the successful generation of an image by the generator.
